Are there hidden fees?

No hidden fees, but some costs the law requires sit outside the package. A Hong Kong company needs a yearly audit, quoted separately; a non-resident in Singapore needs a resident director (US$2,000 a year plus a refundable deposit), which the Starter and Grow prices we show already include and Premium covers. A foreign-owned US single-member LLC must file Form 5472 every year, and our filing service is a separate add-on. Government fees are inside the package price, and every extra is itemised before you pay.
