Will the price change after I pay?
Not without explanation.
Your quote shows what’s included before you pay. If your structure or jurisdiction requires something extra, or you ask us to add another service later, we’ll quote it separately before proceeding.
Can you promise me a business account?
No — and neither can another formation provider.
We can suggest suitable banks or payment institutions and help prepare your application. The institution reviews the application and makes the final decision.
What if my company cannot be formed?
It depends on why the incorporation cannot proceed and what costs have already been incurred.
Where applicable, OCC’s service fee may be refunded. Government, third-party or courier fees already paid may not be refundable. Please check our refund policy for the applicable conditions.
