Our head office is at Unit 1411, 14/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
One IBC Pte. Ltd, a company registered in Singapore (ACRA registered filing agent no. FA20180115) with its office at 138 Robinson Road, #24-01, Oxley Tower, Singapore 068906, is our sister company. One IBC Group means One IBC Limited and its affiliated companies, including One IBC Pte. Ltd. Our offices in Irvine, California and Ho Chi Minh City are run by One IBC America, Inc. and Công ty TNHH One IBC Việt Nam (One IBC Vietnam Co., Ltd).
2. What our licence covers
One IBC Limited's TCSP licence covers trust or company services carried on in Hong Kong.
Outside Hong Kong, One IBC Limited does not act as a registered agent, corporate service provider or filing agent itself. That work is done by the performing company named in your order summary or quote, such as One IBC Pte. Ltd in Singapore, or by a licensed local partner where local law requires a licensed or registered local provider. We do not publish our partners' names; we tell you on request.
We are not a law firm, an accounting firm, a bank, a payment institution or an investment adviser. We do not hold client money for investment and we do not arrange investments. Statutory audits and tax work that the law reserves to a licensed practitioner are carried out by independent licensed firms, not by us.
