How our prices work

The year-1 price is what you pay to form the company. It already includes the government incorporation fee, the registered agent or office for the first year, the company secretary where the law requires one and, for a Singapore company without a director living in Singapore, the resident director the law requires.

The year-2 price is the yearly renewal from the second year onwards. We show it next to every year-1 price, so you can see the running cost before you order.

Some yearly costs the law requires are not part of forming the company, so we quote them separately and name them next to the prices: the Hong Kong audit and profits tax return, the US Form 5472 filing for a foreign-owned single-member LLC, and each US state's annual fee or tax. Extra services you add and taxes on your profits are also outside the package. We list anything that applies to you on your quote before you pay.

How to compare prices

Compare the 3-year cost, not only the year-1 price

When you compare providers, check what each price includes: government fees, company secretary, registered address and the year-2 renewal. Ours includes them. Costs the law requires that no package covers, such as an annual audit, are named and quoted separately. Example, Hong Kong company, Starter:

Questions about fees

Are there any hidden fees?
No. The listed price covers formation, the government fee, the registered agent or office for year 1, the company secretary where required and, for Singapore, the resident director a non-resident needs. Some yearly costs the law requires are not part of forming the company and are quoted separately, with their price shown next to ours: the Hong Kong audit and profits tax return, and the US Form 5472 filing for a foreign-owned single-member LLC. Add-ons are optional and priced before you choose them.
What does “government fees included” mean?
It means the fee the registry charges to incorporate your company is already in the price. We pay it to the registry for you, and it shows as its own line at checkout. It does not cover taxes on your company’s profits.
What does the year-2 price cover?
The year-2 price is the yearly renewal that keeps your company in good standing from the second year. It is shown next to every year-1 price and on your order summary, and your quote lists what it includes. Work that depends on your activity, such as audited accounts, is quoted separately.
What should I compare between providers?
The full cost of the same package over 3 years: government fees, registered address, company secretary, the year-2 renewal, and any cost the law requires, such as a resident director or an audit. Our table shows year 1, the year-2 renewal and the 3-year cost for each jurisdiction, and names the required costs we quote separately.
Is the US price the same in every state?
One year-1 price for an LLC or a C-Corporation, state filing fee included. If a state's filing fee is above the standard one, the order form shows the higher price when you choose that state, before you pay. The year-2 renewal does not include the state's own annual fee or tax, such as California franchise tax, which varies by state and is itemised on your quote before you pay.
See 7 more things to check
What if a government fee changes after I order?
The price on your paid order is the price you pay for year 1. If a registry changes its fee before you order, the new fee appears in the price and on your order summary before you pay.
Which payment methods can I use?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal or bank wire, chosen at the last step of checkout. With a bank wire, filing starts when the funds arrive.
Which currency do you charge in?
US dollars. Every price on the site is in USD, and your card issuer or bank converts it if you pay from another currency. Any conversion fee is set by your bank, not by us.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Invoices are issued by One IBC Limited, the company behind Offshore Company Corp. If you pay by bank wire, we email the invoice with the wire instructions.
What is your refund policy?
If we cannot incorporate your company, we refund the service fee (minus courier costs). The full terms are in our refund policy.
Is there a price for jurisdictions without a published price?
Yes, as a fixed quote. Choose the jurisdiction at checkout and a specialist sends an itemised all-in quote within 1 business day. You pay nothing until you approve it.
What costs are not in the package?
Add-ons you choose, yearly filings the law requires in some places (the Hong Kong audit and profits tax return, the US Form 5472 filing, US state annual fees), taxes on your profits and any bank fees. For Singapore, the resident director a non-resident needs is already in the prices we show; the Singapore page shows how its refundable deposit is handled.
