Do my documents need to be certified for a Vanuatu company?

Last updated: Oct 21, 2026, 17:46 (UTC+08:00)

The licensed agent usually asks for certified passport and address copies for every director, shareholder and beneficial owner. A lawyer, notary or accountant can certify them. Vanuatu applies the Apostille Convention, so Vanuatu company documents can be apostilled when you need them abroad.

Answers are general information, not legal or tax advice. Please do not share passport, bank or card details; we remove numbers that look like them. We store chats, with those numbers removed, for 30 days, or 24 months if you send us an enquiry.
