What beneficial owner filing does a DMCC company keep up?

Last updated: Oct 21, 2026, 17:46 (UTC+08:00)

A register of beneficial owners holding 25% or more, or controlling the company in another way, filed with DMCC as registrar and updated when ownership changes. The register is not public. Tell us before any share transfer, because penalties apply when the filing falls out of date.

Ask OCC is an AI assistant, not a person. Answers are written by an AI model from Anthropic (Claude), using our published prices and facts, and it can make mistakes. Answers are general information, not legal or tax advice. Please do not share passport, bank or card details; we remove numbers that look like them. We store chats, with those numbers removed, for 30 days, or 24 months if you send us an enquiry.
