Can I choose the financial year end of my Seychelles IBC?

Last updated: Oct 21, 2026, 17:46 (UTC+08:00)

Yes. The financial year is the calendar year unless the directors choose a different one and tell the registered agent within 14 days. The annual financial summary is then kept at the registered office within 6 months after that year end, so pick a date that suits your bookkeeping.
