How long does incorporation take?

Most companies are incorporated 1–3 business days after we approve your know-your-customer (KYC) documents. ACRA approves most registrations soon after payment, but applications that need a closer look can take up to 15 working days, and names or activities referred to another agency take 14–60 days. We tell you early if your activity is likely to be referred.
