Will my company be tax resident in Cyprus?

Last updated: Oct 24, 2026, 15:06 (UTC+08:00)

From 2026, a company incorporated in Cyprus is tax resident there unless a tax treaty says otherwise. A company managed and controlled from Cyprus is also resident. If you run the company from another country, that country may still claim it under a treaty.
