When is the Malaysian company tax return due?

Last updated: Oct 21, 2026, 17:46 (UTC+08:00)

Form C, the company income tax return, is due within 7 months after the end of the accounting period, and any balance of tax is paid by the same date. It is based on the company's accounts, which are audited unless the company is exempt. We plan the audit so it finishes in time.
