Can my UAB use an IBAN from another EU country?

Yes, for euro payments. Under the EU SEPA Regulation, payers must accept a payee account held anywhere in the EU. Lithuanian customers and suppliers can therefore pay an IBAN from an EMI licensed in another member state.
