Who must be told when a beneficial owner of my Labuan company changes?

The company, within 30 days, and then Labuan FSA, within 30 days of the company recording it. These rules come from the Labuan Companies (Amendment) Act 2025. Tell us as soon as a transfer or new investor is agreed, and we update the register through the trust company.
