How do I close a Labuan company?

Last updated: Oct 21, 2026, 17:46 (UTC+08:00)

A company with no assets, debts or activity can usually apply to Labuan FSA to be struck off through its trust company. A company with assets or creditors needs a voluntary winding-up with a liquidator. Either way, file any outstanding tax return and settle the annual fee first (confirm the steps with your specialist).
