Can my Irish company use an IBAN from another EU country?

Yes. Under the EU SEPA Regulation, a payer who can make euro transfers must accept a payee account held anywhere in the EU, so an IBAN from another member state works for euro payments. Many owners start with an EU payment institution and add an Irish bank later.
