When must a Gibraltar company file and update its beneficial owners?

Within 30 days of incorporation, and within 30 days of any later change. A person who becomes a beneficial owner must tell the company within 15 days so it can meet that deadline. The Registrar can impose a civil penalty of up to £10,000 for failures.
