Will my company pay no tax?

Last updated: Oct 26, 2026, 13:24 (UTC+08:00)

Tax obligations depend on where your company is registered, where you reside, and where business operations occur. While jurisdictions like BVI or Cayman have 0% corporate tax, you should verify reporting requirements and economic substance in your operational countries.

General Questions

Are there hidden fees?

Listed prices include government fees and, for Singapore, the resident director a non-resident must have. Some yearly costs the law requires are not part of forming the company and are quoted separately, with their price shown next to ours: the Hong Kong audit and the US Form 5472 filing. Optional extras, such as bank-account support, are shown as separate lines with their own price before checkout.

How long does it take?

After your KYC documents are approved: Hong Kong 1–2 business days, Singapore 1–3 business days, BVI 2–5 business days, UK 1–2 business days. If you order bank-account support, that runs after incorporation because institutions ask for the certificate first.
